If you are an experienced Software Tester, looking for a rewarding new role, working with a fantastic team of people, then this is the role for you! Excellent pay and remote working supported.

Our client is an independent software house based just outside Chester, with an established reputation for providing quality software solutions to the holiday park sector.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Software Tester to join their team to provide testing of their bespoke and packaged Microsoft .net software solutions. The Software Tester will have the option to work remotely, full time, but may be required to attend occasional meetings at their site in Chester.

The Ideal Software Tester:

Required Skills:

• Exploratory testing experience
• Experience writing tests
• Experience with SQL
• A clear and analytical approach to problem solving
• Possession of a great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn

Desirable Skills:

• A degree or equivalent in Computer Science or IT
• Automated testing experience
• Exposure to C# / RestSharp / Selenium / Web Testing / Postman / JMeter / ZAP
• Coding experience
• Experience with Blazor / WinForms / WPF
