The Showroom Assistant Manager will ensure the effective management of the retail showroom through strong customer service and product knowledge. You will build and develop sales through a mix of retail and trade clients.

Key Responsibilities of the Showroom Assistant Manager:

  • To offer an exceptional standard of customer service
  • Develop and build sales
  • To ensure all leads are followed up and closed
  • Keep the product mix up to date, continually evolving and current
  • Ensure the products are priced using our standard pricing formulas
  • Ensure the specific Health and Safety standards are maintained

Skills & Experience required:

  • Previous experience in retail, showroom sales or store management
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to motivate and encourage team members
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a positive, professional attitude
  • Evidence of strong analytical and numerical skills and strategic thinking
  • High degree of personal integrity and professional accountability
