Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our fantastic team, working at group level across both our DCBL and DCB Legal businesses.

As the Senior Client Relationship Manager for the Direct Group of Companies, you will be responsible for managing our client relationship team and developing our network of clients across our businesses.

What will the Senior Client Relationship Manager be doing?

• Working with our portfolio of clients to provide a first-class service which exceeds their expectations
• Developing and implementing Client management strategies
• Developing Client reports, using data to improve our service to Clients
• Resolving any Client queries/problems quickly and efficiently
• Ensuring key Client retention, and Client growth

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in a Client Relationship Manager role
• Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft packages.
