Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Customer Service professional to join a rapidly expanding organisation as a Sales Administrator.

As part of our fast expansion programme, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator join the Sales team.

The Sales Administrator will help the sales team with admin duties including answering inbound and making outbound calls, handling mailboxes, sending quotations and samples, liaising with customer service to provide lead time updates.

Full training will be given and there are great opportunities to progress into sales roles.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficient using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Sales Admin
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Determined, focused and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure at a fast pace towards very short deadlines
  • Ability to follow instruction and work independently as well as part of a team.

Education:

  • 1+ Years’ Experience ideal but not essential
  • GCSE A – C in English and Maths or equivalent
