As we can continue to grow our UK Operations, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager to forge and cement long lasting telephony based relationships with our customers, supporting them through the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Account Manager:
- Day to day telephony based management of a portfolio of customers
- From first transaction, create a welcoming and positive experience
- Continue the customer relationship, ensuring the customer proposition is matched to changing customer and business needs
- Understand the supporting digital journey for customers, leveraging this detail to ensure the customer has a positive experience
- Set early foundations of a positive relationship through establishing agreed customer journey
- Work as part of a team in taking customers through the welcome journey
- Build brand loyalty with the customer to ensure WES is the first choice
- Develop customer relationships through effective communication
- Complete the welcome journey and ensure a smooth handover to Account Management
- Negotiate with existing customers to maximise revenue and securing long term volume commitments
- Proactively engage with customers to inform them of our new and enhanced product offering
Skills & Experience required:
- Account management experience in a proactive selling environment is essential
- Experience of ethical service and solution based selling
- Experience of contact centre environment where speaking to customers
- Builds good working relations with other team members and other teams
- Acts as a great team member in the interest of the team, and sets an example to others
- Generates new ideas, methods, processes and better ways of working to share with the team
- Problem solves within job guidelines
- Commercial and target driven, and takes accountability for and reviews own performance and contribution against KPIs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
