In 2018 we created A Life In A Day (ALIAD) for the global healthcare sector, since then the programme has doubled the company’s revenue.  We’ve developed our own multi award-winning interactive app, which combines with live, real-time interaction to lead participants through a challenging day of immersive experiences designed to create deep understanding and empathy for a range of life-limiting health conditions. 

A Life In A Day is an intricate, multi-faceted programme that requires strong management of both the internal and external stakeholders to ensure the programmes are delivered on time and according to strategy to support the business drive for accelerated growth. The business is looking for a proven project facilitator to proactively facilitate all aspects of between the client, the creative team, and the delivery team to co-ordinate all the overall process and ensure each project member delivered their contributions on time and to plan. 

We are looking for someone with strong project management skills who can drive multiple projects, taking responsibility for ensuring that everything happens. 

This is a pivotal role within a Creative department that is constantly breaking new ground.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Working with our Creative Leads and supporting up to 6 projects at once, you will:

  • Drive all projects forward along agreed timelines
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that project milestones are met
  • Anticipate problems and trouble shoot to keep projects on track
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day client management on each project
  • Manage our suppliers and work with internal stakeholders to source and arrange interviews with patients, healthcare professionals and caregivers
  • Be the primary contact for the client on all projects
  • Work with clients and stakeholder to agree project deadlines
  • Schedule and facilitate all project meetings both internal and external
  • Manage the collation and distribution of client related materials
  • Create and distribute compliance documentation as required
  • Work with our supplier to identify, source and procure appropriate kit items for use in the ALIAD programmes
  • Liaise with the commercial and delivery teams to communicate progress and ensure the smooth handover when the programme is ready for rollout
  • Other support as required from time to time by the Creative team.
