As part of our fast expansion programme, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a Live Chat Sales Executive in the Sales team. This role is predominantly web chat sales, alongside providing excellent customer service skills for live chat, phone calls and emails.

The Live Chat Sales Executive Role:

  • Helping to support customers with their product purchases
  • Assisting customers with any queries they may have on the website
  • Managing your pipeline effectively to maintain contact with customers
  • Making calls to web customers 
  • Converting warm leads into sales
  • Using CRM system
  • Respond to all online enquiries in the expected timeframe

Skills & Experience Required:

  • A fast typing speed
  • Excellent written communication skills – using proper grammar
  • Experience in live chat sales
  • Experience in sales and account manage
  • Experience in web chat sales
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
  • Determined, focused and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work well under pressure at a fast pace towards very short deadlines
  • Ability to follow instruction and work independently as well as part of a team
  • 1+ Years’ Experience in Sales – preferred
