Due to rapid expansion, DCB Legal Ltd have several exciting full-time roles available to join our Litigation Recovery team. Based in our new offices in Runcorn, we are offering fantastic career and development opportunities for enthusiastic candidates at one of the UK’s top litigation firms.
These exciting new Litigation Support Associate roles will consist of managing and progressing a case load through the litigation process, in line with business and client parameters.

Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Support Associate:
- Handling inbound correspondence on pre and post litigated files
- Completing support tasks where required
- Reviewing financial statements and agreeing payments arrangements in line with customer affordability
- Reviewing and collating client and court documentation
- Reviewing the prospects of each case and reaching a conclusion in our client’s best interests
- Risk assessing cases to identify potential issues and flagging these in advance
