They have an exciting new opportunity for a passionate Data Analyst to join their dynamic team. You will play a key role in analysing the volume of new business, while interrogating sales commission data against operational targets.

The Data Analyst will have the freedom to work without supervision in a vibrant and rapidly changing business environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:

• Manage the sales commission process across the business
• Liaise with sales department to validate accuracy of commission payments
• Build strong relationships with sales management team
• Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting of targets
• Review and report on commission scheme performance against sales targets

Skills and Experience Required:

• Excellent problem solver – enjoys analysing large data sets
• Self-starter; can work with limited supervision
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to work well with a variety of personalities
• Advanced in Excel, familiarity with SQL preferred
• Scenario modelling skills for forecasting
• Very good organizational skills
