CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / SALISBURY / £20,200 PER ANNUM
We now have an exciting new Customer Service Representative role with a rapidly growing global business.

Castles Technology are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Salisbury, this is primarily office based but offers flexibility to work from home as required.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Responding to customer calls about hardware and software queries
  • Accurately maintain customer records
  • Meet performance targets to ensure customer service levels are achieved

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Hard working, and able to work within a fast-paced Technical Helpdesk
  • Able to quickly build rapport with customers, analysing and solving problems
  • Working as part of a team, escalating any cases as necessary
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within customer service
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Office applications. Word, Excel, Outlook
