CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE / SWINDON / £19,500 PER ANNUM + BENEFITS

Torin-Sifan are specialists in the design and manufacture of highly efficient AC and EC Motors, selling over 1 million products each year. The successful applicant for this Customer Service Executive role will be a member of our Commercial team, reporting into the Head of Customer Services and will have responsibility for the efficient running of the Customer Service Department.

You will support the needs of both customers and the Torin-Sifan external sales force and provide outstanding levels of Service that will contribute to our reputation as a company that excels in the provision of service levels that underpin customer retention and sales growth

You will be personally motivated to maintain a professional service ensuring that a high standard is always maintained and be clear and decisive about your personal objectives and to be aware of the resources available to achieve your goal.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:

  • Manage the order Implementation, acknowledgement & deviation Process
  • Manage the customer order book & forecasting process.
  • Manage the customer quotation process.
  • Manage the customer sample request, engineering work request & customer returns process.
  • Support the external sales force in the provision of data, information, quotations, and general administrative duties as requested.
  • To provide telephone support to customers & external sales personnel and ensuring delivery in line with agreements.
  • To control and report upon agreed customer stocking levels & specific requirements of customer agreements we may enter.  
  • To review, follow-up and evaluate assigned web enquiries in line with process.
  • Build strong relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Work effectively within the parameters of our commercial & general procedures.
