Our client is the global leader in the design and manufacture of food display products, with offices in Essex, London, China and New York.
They have an exciting new opportunity for a target-driven Sales Consultant to join their successful sales team, based in Central London or Witham, Essex.
They are a company that sets out to resolve customers’ problems rather than hard sell products that they do not want or need. Their approach is consultative, practical and sympathetic. They are looking for a Sales Consultant, who can become a real Product Specialist (full training provided).

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Consultant:
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate does not need experience in melamine, counter displays or tableware or likewise products or even manufacturing processes. However, you will ideally come from a hospitality background, be that a previous role as a Restaurant or Hotel General Manager (front line), potentially understanding our products from a usability and theatrical point of view. Alternatively, perhaps you have a background as a Chef and are now looking to break into a role which enables you to make a difference to the food service sector on a wider scale.
This role would not suit someone who is looking for a quick sale, it involves all the nitty gritty and many of the successful projects take time, knowledge, research and effort. Whilst this role sits within the sales function and comes alongside targets, they are looking to train and develop a real specialist.
