Délifrance have a brand new opening for an enthusiastic, driven HR Administrator to join our forward thinking organisation.

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to provide a proactive and efficient HR Administration service.

Key Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Process paperwork for new starters and leavers
  • Manage change of circumstances forms to ensure that HR and Payroll records are accurate
  • Work with Line Managers in the management of absence levels
  • Support Line Managers in grievance and disciplinary hearings and produce accurate notes in reported speech
  • Respond to all routine correspondence including reference requests
  • Undertake any projects or duties as required by the HR Advisor/HR Director
  • Ensure that filing is kept up-to-date
  • Update the SAGE HR system, and produce reports
  • Organise occupational health appointments for employees

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience of working in similar role. CIPD qualification or working towards
  • Knowledge of SAGE HR beneficial
  • Able to respond to queries efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Confidence to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Clear, concise English with particular attention to grammar, spelling and punctuation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail
