Our client has a fantastic new opening for a driven, customer focused Customer Support Executive to join their vibrant Clinical Trials Division, based in Bolton.

They are recognised as a leading global supplier of medical and laboratory equipment to the clinical trials industry.

As the Customer Support Executive, you will be integral in the delivery of a high level of customer service to a group of customer accounts. Your will manage a caseload of rental contracts, administer direct sales orders, and liaise with customers to manage their clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Executive:

  • Provide excellent customer service from first point of contact and continuing throughout the trial
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships
  • Provide project management to a number of accounts by scheduling, organising and arranging the shipping of equipment
  • Provide ongoing sales and service support with all enquiries throughout the trial via courtesy calls and emails
  • Develop sales and up sell opportunities to enhance the sale and customer experience
  • Bring in repeat business by discovering future opportunities

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers
  • Able to present relevant written and verbal information in a concise format
  • Strong diplomatic skills and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high level of detail
  • Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency, to prioritise work within to deadlines
  • Excellent IT and keyboard skills
  • Being able to support across U.S and UK offices in an effective timeframe
  • Positive outlook with kind, honest, and respectful attitude toward ALL people you engage with
