Simply send any information you have about the position you wish to advertise. Whether you have a huge job description or just a few lines on a piece of paper, one of our experts will help you scale up or down accordingly.

Proofing and role discussion, and sifting

From your job specification we will produce an advertisement that reads attractively and is designed to appeal to the very best applicants. We’ll discuss your ideal candidates with you too before we begin the search, so we have more of an ideal who your ideal applicant will be. The ad is then placed onto ALL the UK's leading job boards, including Totaljobs, Jobsite, Reed, CV Library and Monster. Searching multiple CV Databases, LinkedIn, and social media sites, is included too.

Sifting

As a part of every campaign we undertake, we will be the first point of contact to all candidates. We look at every CV that comes to us, grade them according to their attributes, and then add them to our Applicant Tracking System.

Your ideal Applicant

You will have access to our ATS from the moment your campaign goes live so will be able to view all applicants as they are added. You will always have access to all applicant details and can grade them in the ATS to find the perfect candidate. You will also be able to make notes and add interview details amongst other time saving tools.
